Canon RF 15-35mm for hire

About this kit

Canon's RF 15-35mm takes our Canon bodies from ultra-wide to a comfortable wide. At 15mm it fits in a whole room, a building from across the street or the inside of a car; at 35mm it gives a natural wide view for walk-and-talk pieces, vlogs and wider interview frames. It suits property and architecture shoots, events in cramped venues and travel work where there is no room to step back.

Autofocus works with the subject detection on our Canon bodies, and depth of field is deep at these focal lengths, so focus is forgiving on the move or on a gimbal. The trade-off with any lens this wide is perspective: at 15mm, people near the edges look stretched, so keep faces towards the centre, and keep the camera level so the verticals of buildings stay upright. Bright lights just outside the frame can cause flare, so watch the corners.

It is RF mount, so it fits our Canon EOS R5, Canon EOS R5 II, Canon EOS R6 III, Canon EOS C80 and Canon EOS c50 with no adapter. For smooth walkthroughs it sits well within the payload of the Ronin RS4 Pro, and for interiors it pairs with the Sirui SQ75 Carbon Fiber Video Tripod. Ask us for ND or polarising filters to fit.

Questions people ask

What's included with each item?
It's listed on the item page under "in the case" — batteries, cards, chargers, cages and cases where they come with the kit. If something you need is not listed, add it from Accessories or ask.
Can I extend while the kit is out?
Yes, if nobody else has it booked — message us before your return date and we update the booking and the invoice. The earlier you ask, the more likely the answer is yes.
What if something gets damaged?
Minor wear is expected and never charged. Accidental damage is covered by your hire agreement: you are responsible for the kit while it is with you, and significant damage is charged at the repair or replacement cost.
