About this kit
This is one full-frame Cooke SP3 cine prime hired on its own, for shoots built around a single focal length: an interview lens, a hero lens for product or music work, or Cooke character on a small mirrorless build.
It renders with Cooke's warm colour, gentle contrast and smooth fall-off from sharp to soft, and opens to T2.4. Focus is manual with cine-style rings, so judge it on a proper monitor rather than the camera screen, especially wide open, and rehearse marks for moving shots.
Tell us which focal length you need and which camera it is going on when you book, so we can confirm the mount. It suits our full-frame mirrorless bodies such as the Sony FX3, Sony FX6 and Canon EOS C80, and the Atomos Shinobi 7" Monitor + Cage Kit makes manual focus easier to judge.

Questions people ask
- What's included with each item?
- It's listed on the item page under "in the case" — batteries, cards, chargers, cages and cases where they come with the kit. If something you need is not listed, add it from Accessories or ask.
- Can I extend while the kit is out?
- Yes, if nobody else has it booked — message us before your return date and we update the booking and the invoice. The earlier you ask, the more likely the answer is yes.
- What if something gets damaged?
- Minor wear is expected and never charged. Accidental damage is covered by your hire agreement: you are responsible for the kit while it is with you, and significant damage is charged at the repair or replacement cost.
