Can I extend while the kit is out?
Yes, if nobody else has it booked — message us before your return date and we update the booking and the invoice. The earlier you ask, the more likely the answer is yes.
What happens if I return late?
Tell us as early as you can. Late returns are charged at 50% of the daily rate for each extra day, and can cost the next customer their shoot, so an early message matters more than the fee.
